Legal Disputes In the event a dispute arises between you and Starelabs India, our goal is to provide a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Before initiating legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Starelabs India Customer Support to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests for alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation. Court Jurisdiction Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of Starelabs India services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
